How it works

The workflow includes the following steps.

1. Upload the Contract
From the Orders view in Younium, click the new PDFs to Order button and upload your file.

*Supported file type: PDF only.

• Customer details
• Contract information
• Purchased products, matched against existing product definitions in Younium

If the customer account does not already exist, Younium can create it automatically.

3. Optional Pre Validation
Users can review extracted information before the order is created.

Younium also provides a setting that allows users to disable this step for a more streamlined workflow.

4. Order Draft Creation
After confirmation, Younium generates a complete order draft and attaches the uploaded PDF for reference and audit purposes.
