2022 Younium Product Highlights

 HubSpot Connector Version 2.0

What makes this new integration different is that from now on, you can quickly push Company and Deal data to Younium Subscription Management Hub to create an Account and Order with a single click from HubSpot.

Updated Design for Account Information

The Account information section had a new design. To provide a better user experience, the Account properties had been divided into different sections that you could collapse and expand.

Developer Portal

You can currently find technical information about integrating with Younium's API on the brand new Developer portal! You can browse to https://developer.younium.com/ to get the latest information and API documentation.

New payment methods

Using Younium's out of the box integration with Stripe, you were able to offer more payment methods to your customers. With the latest release, Younium was offering the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit cards
• SEPA Direct debit
• BACS Direct debit
• ACH Direct debit
• iDeal

Configurable Table Sizes

Tables in Younium were now being updated to include Table size configuration. You were able to configure your tables to display between 10 and 100 records on each page.

Resending Webhooks

It was now possible to resend failed Webhooks. In Settings > Webhooks > Webhooks, you could find the log and you could resend failed attempts.

Default Subject and Body in Quote E-mail

Now there was a default text in the e-mail! Previously, when selecting e-mails, you had empty spaces for the subject and body of the e-mail. It was now possible to configure default texts. Settings > Quotes > Quote defaults > Quotes e-mail configuration.

Finnish Reference Number on Invoices

Younium was having localization/support for Finland with the local kind of OCR number! Settings > Invoices > Invoice Settings > OCR Checksum Method.

Visma Autoinvoice

We have released the Visma Autoinvoice connector!

Autoinvoice is an invoice distribution gateway that handles e-invoices, emails and print service. Autoinvoice provides an easy to use portal where you can handle potential errors, see the status of invoices, re-route invoices and search for e-invoice recipients.

Updates to Fortnox integration management

The integration settings page for Fortnox has been refreshed to make it more user friendly. The same functionality is there but with a brand new design. In the coming months all integration pages will be updated to the new design.

Remove Stripe Payment Details 

If your customer wants to change and update payment details, you can now remove the current payment details and send out new request. Use the menu item "Stripe - Remove payment details" on the Account.

Price adjustment 👉 Order adjustment

We added more features to the existing price adjustment functionality, this included the ability to make mass adjustments to Orders on other properties than price. With that development, the button also changed name to "Adjust Orders" to indicate that this is not only a price adjustment tool.

API Updates 👨‍💻

There was now a News-and-updates-page on the developer portal! https://developer.younium.com/news-and-updates We had published periodically and you would find info about new features and endpoints that had been added, fixed bugs as well as other announcements regarding the external API.

Xero connector

Younium has now released a standard integration to the popular cloud platform Xero. The connector includes synchronization of Customers, Products, and Invoices with Xero.

Other Product Updates

• Connector to Dynamic BC - Post invoices that contains multiple orders to Dynamix BC.

• Connector to Salesforce - Custom field mapping in the export on the order and order charge from Younium to Salesforce.

• Connector to Stripe - Customers can now prevent a receipt to be sent out from Stripe after a payment is successfully completed.

• Visma Addo eSign - Set a end date on the signing process (a date when the document will expire and no longer be available for sign) and edit and define the document name.

• New number type in displayin decimals: integer with no decimals.
