Younium AI Agents
Let AI agents continuously monitor your subscription lifecycle, surface what matters, and take action, so your team can focus on growth.
Subscription operations don’t scale with manual oversight
-
Teams rely on dashboards and reports
-
Issues are discovered too late
-
Manual processes slow everything down
A new way to run subscription operations
Younium AI changes that by introducing an agentic model where AI:
- Continuously monitors your operations
- Detects risks and opportunities
- Takes action within your workflows
Close faster with a seamless contract-to-revenue flow
Stop chasing ops to convert a contract into an order. Import a PDF, review the draft, and push to revenue — in minutes, not days. CPQ Chat means your reps stay in Younium and move deals forward without switching tools.
Execute deals and changes faster, with fewer errors
Set the rules once and let agents do the validation. When something needs human judgment, the agent surfaces it with a recommended action — not just a flag. Spend your time on process design, not data hygiene.
Fewer errors, audit-ready processes — every billing cycle
Agents validate account and invoice data before billing runs, surface anomalies automatically, and maintain a full audit trail of every action taken. Compliance that doesn't cost your team hours of manual checks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Younium AI Agents.
What are AI agents?
An AI agent is software that can perceive its environment, make decisions, and take action, on its own, without being manually triggered for each task.
Unlike a chatbot that answers questions, an agent works continuously in the background: it monitors data, identifies problems or opportunities, and executes tasks directly inside your systems.
In a business context, agents replace the manual, repetitive work that teams do to keep operations running, things like checking data quality, chasing payments, or updating records, and do it faster, at scale, and without errors slipping through.
How does the self-learning feature work?
Every fix your team applies teaches the agent. Once you have applied the same correction 20 or more times, the agent recognises the pattern and will auto-apply that fix on the next run — no further input needed. Over time the agent becomes more accurate and reduces the amount of manual review required.
Can I define my own validation rules?
Yes. You can add plain-language instructions to the agent — for example, "skip organisation number validation" — and create custom account workflows, such as automatically assigning a specific invoice template to all customers in a given country. Rules are scoped per account type, so different workflows can apply to different segments of your customer base.
Who benefits most from AI Agents in Younium?
Younium Agents is designed for RevOps and Finance teams managing large account volumes, companies operating across multiple legal entities, and anyone who has ever delayed a billing run because of bad data. If your team manually checks account data before invoicing or audits, the agent was built for you.
What is the difference between assistive agents and autonomous agents?
Assistive agents respond to requests and surface relevant information while keeping humans in control — examples include the Contract Import Agent and CPQ chat agent.
Autonomous agents take initiative: they execute tasks on a schedule without being prompted. The Data Validation Agent and the forthcoming Billing and Dunning agents are autonomous. Younium's platform covers both, with a clear indicator of autonomy level shown for each agent.
What is the Validation Agent?
Younium Agents are designed around four principles:
Transparency — every action the agent takes is explained
Control — you set the rules and the agent respects them
Auditability — a full trace of actions is available for compliance and review; and
Gradual rollout — agents start small and scale as confidence builds. When the agent is unsure about a fix, it flags the item for human review rather than guessing.
How do I get access to Younium AI Agents?
